Data Assistant - Thai
Salary: £13/hour
Location: Hybrid / London - 1 - 2 days/week in the Holborn, London office

We are hiring proactive Data Assistants - Thai on a temporary basis starting immediately till 31 January 2025 who are fluent (both written and verbal) in Thai.

This position involves verifying data from institutions in varied time zones and may require occasional early or late starts for client calls.

Key responsibilities:

• Verify the accuracy and completeness of incoming data from institutions.
• Maintain records of data validation activities.
• Collaborate with Data Supervisors, Data Editors, Data Operations Manager and Ranking Project Owner to escalate/ resolve data issues.
• Meet data validation targets.
• Provide support for data queries and administrative tasks.
• Foster institution engagement in rankings
• Resolve customer queries and complaints; determining the cause of the query/problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution via phone and email.
• Where required customer service calls will be required to be made to support institution with the data collection cycle.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

• Fluent (both written and verbal) in Thai
• Professional and clear communication skills in both written and spoken English as well as one of the above languages.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Customer support experience
• Data entry skills
• Good IT skills, including Word, Excel & Outlook
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Ideal candidate will have a “can do” attitude and a willingness to understand the product and “ask questions” to ensure the “data entered” and maintained is with accordance to THE standards.
