Finance Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our finance team.
2 days/week in the London office
SALARY: £65,000 - £70,000

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our finance team. This role will play a key part in delivering timely, accurate, and insightful financial information to support strategic and operational decision-making. Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller and acting as the Finance Business Partner to the Head of the Digital Division (a post currently filled by the CEO), you will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide financial clarity, challenge, and actionable recommendations that drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a timely and accurate month-end closure process, within reporting deadlines.
- Prepare the annual budget and periodic reforecasts, collaborating with FP&A and business leaders to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve management reporting packs, ensuring stakeholders receive clear, relevant, and actionable information.
- Provide detailed insights and analysis on financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive better outcomes.
- Deliver commercial advice and financial modelling to support business cases, strategic initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Partner with the CEO and other senior leaders to translate financial results into meaningful actions and strategic direction.
- Champion process improvement within finance to increase efficiency, accuracy, and value-added reporting.
Skills & Experience Required
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven track record in a Finance Business Partner or similar commercial finance role.
- Strong month-end reporting and budgeting experience within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- Confident communicator, able to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively.
- Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with business intelligence tools is advantageous.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
