6 Month FTC
HYBRID - 2 days/week in Holborn, London office
SALARY: £60k - £70k per annum

THE has a diverse portfolio of products but this role is focussed on data benchmarking products, and will be responsible for driving direct online sales orders as well as supporting the sales team with lead generation.
The role - what you’ll do as Product Marketing Manager:
This is an exciting opportunity to create and execute marketing strategies and utilise your creativity to drive revenue growth and increase the adoption of our suite of products which deliver the THE Sustainability and Development (SDG) Impact Ratings and World University Rankings (WUR).
- Driving user journeys from initial engagement, through upsell messaging, lead generation and direct sales.
- Becoming a subject matter expert on our product suite, customer behaviour, and market landscape, leveraging insights to inform positioning and creative.
- Researching, defining, and marketing key product benefits.
- Developing differentiated product messaging that caters to market demand, copywriting and coordinating with design teams.
- Creating marketing roadmaps against SDG Impact Ratings and WUR product plans, including communications strategies and workflows to nurture, qualify and sell to prospective customers.
- Performance monitoring and optimization
- Define campaign KPIs
- Use analytics to track
- Conduct A/B testing.
- Developing marketing and sales collateral for internal and external use. Lead the creation of videos, webinars, infographics, blog posts, podcasts and interactive tools
- Working collaboratively with product, marketing, and sales teams to deploy campaigns for SDG Impact Ratings and WUR, taking a leading role with new product launches.
- Developing user / buyer personas to understand how products are marketed and sold in diverse international markets.
- Leading on product positioning and promotion at internal (sales enablement) and third-party events.
- Developing outcome-led case studies across the business.
- Supporting with pricing and commercial strategy across SDG Impact Ratings and WUR product suites.
About you – who we are looking for:

Here are our ideal requirements for this role:
- A solid marketing or product marketing experience in a B2B media/data business (in education being a plus).
- Hands on experience of using Acoustic marketing campaign management tool an advantage.
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to translate (sometimes technical) product information into engaging messaging.
- An ability to provide direction to design teams to produce dynamic collateral that aligns with product brands.
- Confident in speaking with customers and conducting market research.
- A creative mindset with an aptitude for data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills to communicate clearly with customers and company stakeholders.
- Experience in developing compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions for a diverse portfolio of products.
- Proven success in taking new products and features to market.
- An affinity for problem-solving, with the ability to approach challenges logically and empathetically.
- Personable demeanour and the ability to work collaboratively across teams, business functions in the UK and with our international teams.
- Passion for the customer and enthusiasm for customer-led product development.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
