Key Tasks and responsibilities
THE is looking for a proactive Data Editor with a professional manner to support the Data Delivery Managers and the capability lead for the THE Rankings, there may be a potential to work across other projects.
Key role responsibilities:
· Oversee and maintain the mailbox for Rankings within provided SLA, escalate cases where required to Capability lead
· Have a proactive approach to resolve customer's queries and complaints; determining the cause of the query/problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution via phone and email.
· Update and maintain the data collection CRM where required with the highest level of efficiency and accuracy
· Responsible for assisting with the submission engagement cycle and validation process of institutions.
· Monitoring progress and provide progress report to Data capability lead
· Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
· Assist in gathering and researching data as well as validating data as required across a number of data sources
· Assist with portal testing for the launch of the data collection portal
· Assist with team training and support of team queries, as well as assisting with boosting team moral within the data collection cycle
· Support the Data Delivery manager with ranking with prior and post launch activities
· Assist with research and maintaining documentation where required
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
· Assist with general administration for data collection cycles for THE
Person Specification
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
· Degreed educated
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
· Experience of improving data quality and data cleansing
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
· Excellent attention to detail and a high level or accuracy
· Excellent communication and time management skills
· Strong administrative skills and working within a busy office environment
· Strong drive, self-motivated. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
· Working to deadlines in a fast-moving environment
· Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Willingness to roll up sleeves and do what needs to be done to get the job done
Desirable Skills/Qualifications:
· Knowledge of the Higher Education sector would be beneficial
· A second language is desirable
