What are we looking for?
We have a number of vacancies available for temporary engagement as a Data Assistant in our Data team. We are looking for proactive individuals seeking an entry level role that offers an amazing opportunity to gain insightful and developmental experience in a data environment within our expert team.

The start date is 3rd November 2025 and will run until 30th January 2026.

Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (35 hours per week) although there may need to be some flexibility for starting earlier or later based on different time zones. There will not be any overtime in this role.

You will need to attend our Holborn office 2 days per week during your training period after which point it will be just 1 day per week with the remainder working remotely.

Holiday is accrued based on hours worked, you will accrue around 4.25 hours per week from working 35 hours per week.

You will be paid in arrears with your first payment in December, payments are made on 6th month. In order for our payroll team to accurately pay you, you will need to submit weekly timesheets which our Payroll Manager will then receive for processing.

Initially, as part of your application you will need to complete an attention to detail assessment. If you are then successful you will need to complete a short aptitude test. Having progressed through this, you would then be invited to our office, where you will be asked to complete a short communications test, before meeting the panel for a formal interview.

The office will be closed the week of 22 December, returning Monday 29 December. You won’t be paid for the week we are closed unless you decide to use your accrued leave as holiday.

No, expenses for lunch and travel to and from the office cannot be claimed.

Our IT Team will make arrangements for a laptop to be provided. This is expected to be collected from the office while attending on your first day.
